Welcome to Flexi Fly Croston

Our little wellness haven in the heart of Croston, where strength, movement and relaxation come together.

Located above Twin Lakes Velo Café at Twin Lakes, our Croston studio offers so much more than just reformer Pilates. With 5 reformer beds, we keep our classes small, personal and welcoming, giving everyone the opportunity to move, progress and feel their best.

Alongside our signature Flexi Fly Strength Reformer classes, we also offer Flexi Fly Heat, Yoga and Barre, bringing you a variety of ways to move, strengthen, stretch and reconnect.

Our strength-led, layered approach means you can join any class, whatever your experience. Whether you're a complete beginner or a regular mover, our instructors will guide you through every session with personalised coaching and plenty of encouragement.

Our Croston studio is predominantly led by Sara, who brings her passion for movement and welcoming energy to the space.

More than just a studio

Croston is also home to our sister company, Flex Coop, our dedicated contrast therapy and wellness space.

From traditional and infrared sauna experiences to cold water plunges, hot tubs, wellness events and retreats, there's so much to explore beyond the studio.

We regularly host retreat days, wellness workshops and special events, combining movement, relaxation and recovery to create the ultimate feel-good experience.

Start your journey with our First 2 Classes for just £22 (under Packages & Memberships) – the perfect introduction to Flexi Fly Strength.

Your first class is all about finding your feet, getting comfortable with our method and discovering what works for you. By your second class, you'll feel more confident, more familiar with the movements and ready to build on your progress.

We recommend attending 1–2 sessions per week to build consistency, and if you love it, our memberships reduce the cost to as little as £12 per class.
