Flexi Reformer is a breath-led, Pilates-inspired workout designed to build strength, improve control and boost confidence. Using our boutique 4–5 bed studios, you'll enjoy a full-body workout with expert coaching, progressive resistance and personalised guidance every step of the way.

Flexi Fly Heat
Our signature cardio-infused strength class.
Flexi Fly Heat is a high-energy, breath-led workout combining Pilates-inspired mat movement with dynamic cardio intervals. Don't let the name fool you – this class isn't performed in a heated room! The "Heat" comes from the energy of the workout, designed to build strength, improve fitness and leave you feeling energised, all set to uplifting music and layered to suit every ability.

Sculpt Mat
Our classic Pilates-inspired mat class.
Sculpt Mat is a slower-paced, breath-led workout combining traditional mat Pilates principles with light weights to build strength, improve posture and enhance core stability. Expect controlled movement, mindful coaching and a full-body session designed to leave you feeling stronger, longer and more balanced.
